"Delivery was on time, but I still had a few annoyances"
I ordered from vonmaur.com and, to be fair, the package did show up right when they said it would. Tracking was easy enough and the box looked fine, so no issue there. I just wish the whole process felt a little smoother, because I kept checking for updates, kept wondering if it would actually arrive, and kept feeling like the communication could’ve been better. It arrived on time, sure, but I still found myself annoyed with the waiting and the constant checking

"Really good packaging, just a small dent"
My order was packed really well overall. One corner of the box had a tiny dent, but everything inside was totally fine, so no real issue.

"Pretty easy to shop around"
I found Von Maur’s website really easy to use overall. The pages loaded quickly, the search worked well, and checkout was straightforward without feeling like a hassle. I also liked that the filters were simple and not cluttered. Maybe a couple little things could be polished, but nothing that really got in the way. I was able to find what I needed without clicking around too much, so it was a smooth shopping experience.

"Usually Has What I’m Looking For"
I’ve had good luck shopping here. They usually have the sizes I need in stock, though every now and then one might be missing. Overall, it’s a solid spot and I’m usually able to find what I came for.

I stopped in to check out some shoes, even though I’m usually loyal to another brand and wasn’t totally sure I’d end up buying anything. The staff was really friendly and didn’t hover, which I appreciated. The store was clean and easy to browse too. Checkout did take longer than I expected, so that was a little frustrating, but overall it was a solid shopping trip and I’d probably come back.

"Refund went smoothly"
I had to return a sweater I bought, which was kind of a bummer because I really wanted it to work out, but the fit just wasn’t right. The refund showed up after a few days, not lightning fast or anything, but it was painless. I’ve dealt with returns before that felt like a whole part-time job, so this was a nice change. Also, unrelated, I somehow ended up reorganizing my closet after returning it, so I guess the sweater still did something for me. I’d shop there again.

"Shipping was faster than the usual pattern"
I ordered from vonmaur.com and was surprised by how fast it got here. I’m used to online orders following the same pattern where the tracking sits around for days before anything happens, but this one showed up in just a couple days. Everything was packed nicely too. It was an easy order from start to finish, and based on this experience, I’d definitely order from them again.

"Good selection, even when I felt rushed"
I like shopping on Von Maur because it’s easy to browse, which helped since I felt a little pressured to find something quickly. They’ve got a nice mix of clothes, shoes, and gifts, and it doesn’t all feel like the same stuff you see everywhere else. I ended up finding what I needed faster than I expected...

"Easy call, super helpful service"
I had to call about an online order and, i was already expecting the usual runaround because that’s just where my brain goes with customer service calls. But the woman I spoke with was really nice and got it sorted out quickly without making it a whole thing. I usually judge these calls by how many times I have to repeat myself, and this one passed that test easily. One of the smoother customer service experiences I’ve had in a while.
